7-day return policy for unopened items.

Our Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Contact us first to get return authorization before sending anything back.

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened, unused, original packaging
  • Requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Wrong item delivered or product damaged in transit

Not Eligible

  • Opened food, treats, or grooming products (for hygiene & safety)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Requests made after 7 days

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll confirm the outcome with you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, by agreement) and are typically processed within a few business days.
